Dr. Molina is CMG's founder and principal consultant. She is a graduate of Cornell University and earned the MPH and Sc.D. degrees at Harvard University, Chan School of Public Health. Dr. Molina is a professional member of the American Public Health Association, American Statistical Association, and American Evaluation Association.  She was approved as an external program evaluator by the U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services and has consulted with hundreds of non-profit organizations, universities, and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) candidates.
